Terms and Conditions for Membership

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the membership and participation in Pro V Networking ("Organisation"). By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your membership application.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Criteria: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and older who have an interest in golf and professional networking.

1.2 Application Process: Membership is subject to approval by the Organisation. Applicants must complete the membership form and pay the applicable membership fees.

1.3 False Information: Providing false or misleading information during the application process may result in denial or termination of membership.

2. Membership Categories and Fees

2.1 Categories: The Organisation may offer various membership categories, including but not limited to individual, corporate, and honorary memberships. Details of each category are available on the Organisation’s website.

2.2 Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Fee structures are subject to change, and members will be notified of any updates in advance.

2.3 Renewals: Membership is renewable continuous.

3. Member Obligations

3.1 Compliance: Members must comply with these Terms, the Organisation’s code of conduct, and all applicable laws. 3.2 Conduct: Members are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and in a manner that upholds the reputation of the Organisation.

3.3 Confidentiality: Members must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during networking events or through the Organisation’s platforms.

3.4 Prohibited Activities: Members must not engage in:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of other members.
• Unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Activities that bring the Organisation into disrepute.

4. Member Benefits

4.1 Access: Members gain access to exclusive networking events, tournaments, and resources offered by the Organisation. 4.2 Participation: Membership benefits, such as participation in events, are non-transferable and exclusive to the registered member. 4.3 Communication: Members will receive updates, newsletters, and event invitations via email or other communication channels.

5. Termination and Suspension

5.1 Termination by Member: Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice to the Organisation. A minimum notice period of three (3) months is required for termination. Membership fees are non-refundable upon termination.

5.2 Termination by Organisation: The Organisation reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for:

• Breach of these Terms or the code of conduct.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Actions detrimental to the Organisation or its members.

5.3 Appeal Process: Members may appeal a termination decision by submitting a written request to the Organisation’s governing body within 14 days of receiving notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Organisation is not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during events.
• Loss or misuse of member information beyond the Organisation’s reasonable control. 6.2 Members participate in events and activities at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Organisation retains all rights to its branding, logos, and content shared through its platforms. Members must not use these without prior written consent.

7.2 Content shared by members within the Organisation remains their intellectual property but grants the Organisation a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Data Collection: The Organisation collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Organisation’s website.

8.2 Consent: By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for organisational purposes.

9. Amendments

9.1 The Organisation reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion. Members will be notified of any changes via email or the Organisation’s website.

9.2 Continued membership after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
